What this policy covers

This policy describes the Abyss Runner: Dark Fantasy game, this support website, and support messages sent to Vira Technologies LLC. Contact us at lptgators@gmail.com with privacy questions.

Information stored by the game

The game saves progress, unlocked rewards and control preferences locally on your device. It does not require an account and does not include advertising, analytics services or real-money purchases. The game does not send your save file to a developer-operated server.

There is no in-game cloud synchronization. Your operating system may include app data in device backups according to your own backup settings.

Local multiplayer

Local Ghosts exchanges temporary gameplay information directly with the partner you connect to. This includes the room code, selected hero and journey, runner position, actions, round state, readiness and retry votes. A Wi-Fi / LAN connection also uses local network addresses to reach the other device.

On supported Apple devices, Apple Nearby uses Apple’s local connectivity framework to discover and connect the two players. The game uses generic peer names rather than your personal device name. It does not access Bluetooth for advertising or tracking.

No developer matchmaking server is involved, and the game does not upload or keep a transcript of your multiplayer session. Leaving the room ends the connection. Local multiplayer requires the network permissions provided by your operating system; you can revoke them in system settings.

Support email

If you email support, your email provider and ours process your email address and the content you choose to send. We use that information to respond and investigate the issue. Please do not send passwords, payment details or other sensitive personal information.

Support correspondence is retained as needed to resolve requests, keep relevant support records and meet legal obligations. You can request deletion of your correspondence by emailing us. Information that must be retained for legal reasons may be excluded.

This website and service providers

This website does not add advertising, analytics trackers, accounts or contact forms. Its hosting and delivery providers may process standard request information, such as IP addresses, browser details and access logs, to deliver and secure the website. Their processing is governed by their own policies and service terms.

Apple, Google and other platform providers separately process store downloads, operating-system services and diagnostics according to their settings and privacy policies. Those platform services are separate from the game’s own local storage and peer connection.

Sharing, retention and your choices

We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising. Gameplay information is sent to your chosen multiplayer partner only while connected. Email and website service providers process information to deliver those services; information may also be disclosed if required by law.

You can remove local game data by deleting the app and its data through your device settings. Backup copies, if any, are managed through your operating system’s backup settings. You can play solo without granting local network access.

Children

The game does not ask players for personal information. If a child has sent personal information to support and you would like it removed, contact us at the address above.

Changes and contact

We will update this page if the game’s data practices change. The effective date appears at the top of the policy.
